Whether you get Trial or Helper will be completely dependent on your application.
It is up to you after being accepted to be active and keep your position.
To be eligible for a promotion, Staff members must be active on the server, and involved in the community. This will be the best way for Management to see if you are deserving of a promotion!

5. Do you have any experience being staff previously? If so, please tell us about your experience and what you've learned.
6. Do you actively participate and communicate with others in the SpiceTrade Discord?
7. What is one positive moment you have experienced in your time on SpiceTrade?
8. You are on the Skyblock server and two players are arguing over a potential hacker in general chat, while you are being pinged for help in the discord server. What action would you take and which issues would you assign priority to?
9. Why should we pick you, over someone else? Please be descriptive. Lots of people can talk about "Well I want to help", but explain how!
